
This recipe is delicious although it does take a while to prepare.
Before we start cooking, there are a few safety tips to remember:
1. Wash your hands
2. Make sure all your cooking utensils are clean
3. Keep all sharp equipment out of the way
Firstly preheat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius or gas mark 2.
Then take all the shredded vegetables and the grated carrots and cheese and mix them all together in a large mixing bowl.
Now in another smaller bowl mix together the mayonnaise and the tomato ketchup. This is to make a sauce.
Next we brush the tortillas with a little bit of olive oil and put in the oven for 2 minutes to warm through.
Finally spoon a little of the sauce over each wrap, lay a slice or two of the chicken strips on and then add the vegetables and cheese.
Then you can wrap then up and eat them! Yummy!
